Master Technician, Maintenance

Role Overview

The Master Technician for Maintenance is a senior-level hands-on maintenance professional responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and reliability of critical process and utility equipment within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

Executes precision mechanical repairs and rebuilds, performs preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoots and leads failure investigations, installs and aligns equipment, and supports commissioning and qualification activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 10+ years of maintenance or engineering experience in an industrial environment
• 5 years of maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Experience with mechanical systems, process equipment, and utilities in a cleanroom environment
• LOTO
• GMP Documentation
• Pump and seal rebuild
• Valve maintenance
