Senior Azure (3rd Line) Engineer

Role Overview

Fulcrum Digital is an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company providing digital transformation and technology services. The Senior Azure (3rd Line) Engineer will be responsible for setting up and configuring applications in Microsoft Azure, handling complex 3rd line support issues, and supporting major Intune projects or migrations.

What You Will Do

The candidate will independently set up and configure applications in Microsoft Azure, demonstrate a strong understanding of Azure architecture, services, and best practices, and handle complex 3rd line support issues. They will also work collaboratively with the Modern Workplace team and external delivery partners to ensure Intune solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g, AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, AZ-700 etc.)
• Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Intune in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Strong expertise in endpoint management, MDM/MAM, and device compliance using Intune
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and identity management principles
• Experience supporting major Intune projects or migrations
• Familiarity with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Graph API) to streamline Intune operations
• Strong understanding of information protection, data security, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex, multi-region environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
• High levels of self-organisation, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, project-driven setting
• Strong communication skills
