Vertical Vice President, Technology

Fullsteam is a leading provider of vertical software and embedded payments technology dedicated to helping businesses flourish by providing their customers with seamless experiences. The company is seeking a Vertical Vice President, Technology to drive engineering execution, operational excellence, and organizational capability across the Wedding & Events Vertical. This role will provide centralized technical leadership to improve delivery predictability, strengthen platform reliability, and drive adoption of AI-enabled development practices that increase engineering productivity and accelerate innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in engineering leadership
• Experience leading multiple teams or products within a SaaS environment
• Proven track record delivering scalable, customer-facing software platforms
• Strong experience building and developing Engineering Managers
• Demonstrated success improving delivery predictability, operational performance, and engineering quality
• Ability to translate business strategy and growth objectives into technical priorities and execution
