
Job description
We're looking for a Contracting Divisional Manager to lead our Contracting Projects and Rail Departments in Dunedin. The Contracting Divisional Manager is accountable for overall leadership and performance of both departments, ensuring business and project outcomes are achieved.
Develop annual budgets and work programmes, oversee pricing and tendering, build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure contract reports and claims are comprehensive and delivered on time.
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, experience in contracting, and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
