Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale roading and infrastructure projects, typically involving multiple work fronts, complex staging, and high-profile stakeholders. You'll lead a sizeable project team and act as the primary face of the project to our clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

What You Will Do

You'll take full ownership of programme, safety, quality, and commercial performance, including budget management, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration. You'll also lead and develop the team, fostering accountability, high performance, and a collaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and delivery.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in civil engineering
• 10 years+ experience in civil infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead and deliver medium-to-large scale civil infrastructure projects valued at $50m+
• Strong commercial ability, including cost control and programming
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams, heavy plant operations, and complex budgets with precision and accountability
• Strong track record of fostering a culture of safety, quality, and environmental excellence across all project phases
