Job description
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team delivering Road Construction Packages on Projects across the Greater South-West Region. The successful candidate will support and motivate our site teams, ensuring the focus remains on safety, quality, cost, and schedule in the planning and execution of the work.
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for attending/leading daily pre-start meetings, scheduling, forecasting, procurement, and management of materials, plant, personnel, and subcontractors. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of SWMS, coordinate various civil packages, and assist the Project Team in managing/monitoring project costs.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and environment, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to positively influence and lead a team. They will also have a valid driver's licence and White Construction Card.
