Job Description
Funding Societies | Modalku is the largest SME digital finance platform in Southeast Asia. As a People Development Intern, you'll shape employee learning, growth, and engagement, driving company-wide surveys, regional initiatives, and e-learning development.
Requirements
- Support the full lifecycle of engagement, 360, and training feedback surveys
- Build and automate feedback reports
- Develop engaging communication materials
- Coordinate learning sessions end-to-end
- Conduct research on emerging learning topics and digital training technologies
- Evaluate external platforms and training partners
- Develop and maintain behavioral change tracking systems
- Perform data cleaning and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
