Senior Merchandiser

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in driving product excellence and fostering supplier partnerships to support our brand’s growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Understand customer needs and requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to meet product requirements and achieve cost efficiency.
• Support product development process to ensure alignment with quality standards and budget expectations.
• Manage production timelines and order follow-up to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors to support product development and production.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by Management.
