Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our customer service area. The role involves being the central point of contact for customer communication, solving customer inquiries independently, and working actively with the company to optimize processes.
You will process order processes, accompany customers with open questions, and communicate with customers mainly in writing, occasionally by phone. You will also handle light accounting tasks and communicate with customers on marketplaces like Amazon and Otto.
We expect a completed commercial training, experience in sales or customer service is desirable. You should be solution-oriented, active, and have a friendly, sympathetic, and communicative appearance. You will work in a dynamic and motivated team with a modern startup atmosphere.
