Job Description
Fuse Energy is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to supercharge and expand its greenfield utility-scale development projects, specifically with land acquisition and landowner engagement. The role involves identifying and originating potential sites, negotiating land agreements, conducting feasibility studies, and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities. A strong focus on outbound and inbound lead generation, along with strategy optimization, is required.
Requirements
- Identify and originate potential sites for utility-scale renewable energy projects across the UK
- Proactively engage with landowners through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and relationship management
- Negotiate land agreements and support the structuring of commercial terms
- Conduct feasibility studies and initial assessments, collaborating with technical teams
- Maintain a well-organised pipeline of opportunities
- Provide insights to refine project development strategy
- Work closely with the core team to scale Fuse’s greenfield project portfolio
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree from a good university
