Job description
Fusion Health is seeking an experienced Software Architect to join our Application Development team. You will help shape the technical direction of the systems that clinicians depend on every day, working on problems that are complex, meaningful, and worth solving.
Define and drive the architectural vision for core systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. Lead the design and evolution of complex, distributed systems across the full stack (application, data, infrastructure).
10+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership at staff level or above. Proven experience designing and scaling complex, distributed systems across multiple teams or products.
