Customer Success & PM bij Technia in Nieuwegein

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager & Product Owner for our office in Utrecht. You will work closely with a small team of approximately 20 colleagues and be responsible for guiding customers in achieving their goals, ensuring smooth onboarding, and working proactively to increase customer satisfaction and retention. In addition, you will fulfill a Product Owner role where you translate customer feedback into concrete product improvements and prioritize them in collaboration with the product team.

Requirements

• HBO or WO degree
• 2-5 years of work experience gained in a customer-facing role, such as CSM, PO, or Account Management
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide strategic advice
• Knowledge of product development and experience with agile methodologies is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
