Customer Support Specialist at Buddee, a young and rapidly growing HRM & Payroll Software company. Responsible for resolving customer questions and working closely with the Product team to implement suggestions and improvements in the HRM product.

Requirements

• Completed HBO education
• Affinity with software technology and possibly Finance
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• At least 2 years of work experience as a Support Engineer in a software company
