Senior Treasury Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operations Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day payment operations and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all treasury processes.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in treasury, payment operations, or fintech operations
• Strong hands-on experience with payment execution (fiat and crypto)
• Solid experience with reconciliation processes (multi-source: banks / PSPs / internal systems)
• Basic practical understanding of crypto transactions
• Good understanding of payment flows and transaction lifecycle
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, working with large datasets)
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations
• Ability to work independently and handle operational responsibility
• Good level of English and fluent russian
