
Job description
The COO will lead and manage day-to-day church operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture. Reporting directly to the Senior Pastor, the COO will oversee financial management, administrative affairs, human resources, facility management, marketing, and other special projects.
The COO will perform various duties, including attending church services, supporting financial endeavors, establishing relationships with staff and church members, and providing information on church operations and finances. The COO will also develop and oversee the church's strategic plan, direct day-to-day operations, and provide oversight and accountability for ministry staff and leaders.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Ministry degree, at least 5 years of experience in church operations, non-profit leadership, and corporate management, and proven expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership. The candidate should also possess high relational intelligence, team-oriented skills, and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
