A Client Advocate I serves as a member of the Client Advocacy team specializing in scaled client success, managing a diverse portfolio of clients within Shared Services through an efficiency-focused service model.
Conducts annual account reviews, identifies unused services, serves as primary escalation point for client concerns, documents client interactions, and collaborates with Client Onboarding team.
