Job description
We are hiring an Engineering Manager to partner with our quantitative research function to accelerate high-impact research output and ensure ideas move efficiently from exploration to production. The role involves leading a hands-on team responsible for evolving the research technology stack, improving iteration speed, deployment consistency and production alignment.
Key responsibilities include leading and growing a high-performing, embedded engineering team, defining technical strategy and architecture for research-facing systems, building tools and infrastructure that accelerate the research lifecycle and improve alignment between research and production, and contributing directly to design and implementation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading engineering teams in complex, high-performance environments, strong engineering fundamentals with experience building scalable, production-grade systems, and demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across engineering and stakeholder groups.
