Job description
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of critical engineering and research-facing systems. You will guide and grow a team of talented engineers working closely with stakeholders to build out our best-in-class tooling.
Key responsibilities of the role include: leading strategy, design, delivery, and operations; managing a team of high-performing engineers; driving the architecture and execution of storage abstraction layer, tiering, and data orchestration tooling; and collaborating with stakeholders across Research and Technology.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead strategy, design, delivery, and operations for large-scale infrastructure, experience managing and developing high-performing engineering teams, and deep expertise in distributed systems.
