Job description
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, delivery, and operation of critical engineering and research-facing systems, guiding and growing a team of talented engineers. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, building out our best-in-class tooling.
Design, build, and operate scalable solutions that enhance the developer and research experience across the entire organisation. Lead the strategy, design, delivery, and operation of critical engineering and research-facing systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading strategy, design, delivery, and operations, managing a team of high-performing engineers, and driving continuous optimisation, reliability, and performance improvements across distributed systems.
