As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will act as the face of TA for both candidates and hiring managers, managing assessment processes, scheduling tests and interviews, and delivering an elite candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include managing assessment processes, scheduling tests and interviews, managing the diary for the interview room suite, and being a super user for applicant tracking and CRM systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, a proactive approach, and great communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and improve processes.
