Application Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated L3 Application Support Engineer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting internal and client-facing software applications, ensuring the design, quality and reliability of our solutions through rigorous QA, testing, and assessment procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a software engineering, application support, or DevOps role
• Proven hands-on programming experience with.NET (C#) and a strong understanding of relational databases. Experience with RESTful APIs and version control (e.g., Git) is highly preferred
• Knowledge and experience of workflow-based systems (e.g. Zoho) will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide top-notch customer support
• Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest industry developments and eagerness to bring innovative solutions to the organization
• Proficiency in English
