• Bachelor's degree, or combination of school with 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role supporting a multi-national or global organization.
• Professional demeanor and composure to provide exceptional support.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with other team members.
• Experience with Office 365 and maintenance of Microsoft Windows.
• Experience with Quantum ERP is a plus.
