Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician role at Gables, providing signature service to residents and maintaining community living experience, solving mechanical challenges and delivering positive living experience.

Requirements

• Solution-driven and effective in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs
• Flexible in ability to serve on call on a rotational basis any 7 days of the week 52 weeks of the year
• Task-oriented and punctual, comfortable working through day-to-day tasks while meeting required deadlines
• Experienced in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades
• Committed to community's overall appearance and motivated to ensure that all vacant and occupied apartment homes are held to the Gables Standard
