
Job description
We're looking for a full-time Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team reporting to the RVP, Solutions Consulting & Customer Success. This role is a hybrid role based out of our London location. In this role, you'll play a key role in driving successful customer outcomes by aligning Gainsight's platform capabilities with client business needs and delivering impactful, tailored solutions across the customer journey.
Lead discovery sessions to understand client business needs and translate them into Gainsight use cases. Create and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations for both business and technical audiences. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to shape solution strategies and technical narratives.
The ideal candidate brings strong skills in solution design, stakeholder management, and product storytelling. 2–5 years of experience in software pre-sales, consulting, product management, or customer success. Degree or equivalent experience. Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
