Job description
As a Business Analyst at Gainwell, you will contribute to the company's mission of improving the health and well-being of vulnerable communities by harnessing the power of technology. You will work with a team to analyze, plan, design, and document business processes to support client technological aspirations.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, creating and executing test scenarios, and ensuring that client requirements are built into system design. You will also participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure that the 'intent of change' is carried out throughout every project phase.
We are looking for a Business Analyst with three or more years of experience translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients. You should have knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, and strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills.
