Senior PMO Business Analyst

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, or Delivery Analyst
• Experience supporting large, multi-workstream programs (healthcare preferred, Medicaid a plus but not required)
• Comfort operating in both internal and client-exposed environments
• Experience supporting PMOs or program leadership teams in execution, reporting, or governance roles
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira/ADO, ALM tools, and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills; able to chase inputs without creating friction
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities without losing control of execution
