Alternance - Technicien IT (H/F)

PST&B Paris School of Technology & Business is looking for a Technician IT in an alternating training contract with their partner company, TAVA, specialized in providing reconditioned MacBook computers for alternants with a 360° management (online portal, contracts, technical assistance, logistics).

Requirements

• BTS SIO (Bac+2) diploma, ideally in support/infrastructure
• Basic IT support skills, method of diagnosis, and sensibility to asset management, deployment, and MDM
• Rigour, adherence to procedures, and quality of service
• Service-oriented, listening, clear communication, organization, autonomy, team spirit, and technical curiosity
