Job Description
Galileo Global Education is seeking a part-time Legal Counsel / Business Lawyer to provide legal advice and support to the company's German operations. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, professional experience in law, and strong knowledge of contract, corporate, and real estate law.
Requirements
- Completed studies in law or economics with a bachelor's or master's degree in law (LL.B. or LL.M)
- Professional experience in a law firm or the legal department of a company
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract, corporate, and real estate law
- Good understanding of economic connections
- Secure verbal and written German and English skills
- Solution-oriented, structured, and independent working style, as well as communication skills and high team performance
