Client Executive

Role Overview

As the Client Executive, you will lead client accounts and ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallagher's clients. You will lead branch initiatives and develop effective client service teams. You will apply your business insight and strong dedication to service to create depth in our client relationships.

What You Will Do

You will independently lead complex self-funded accounts, maintain direct account responsibility, and provide solutions to clients' day-to-day needs. You will share market expertise with clients, communicate resources available within Gallagher, and champion Gallagher resources and tools to maximize efficiency in managing client deliverables.

You will prioritize workflow, ensure accountability in internal and external partnerships, and align yourself with the account management team to ensure compliance with local and corporate standards. You will also guide, develop, and mentor new hires, account management, and team resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• Must hold Life & Health license
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and technology
• Previous experience in managing client relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
