Role Overview

As a Client Executive, you'll lead client accounts and deliver exceptional service, acting as a strategic relationship manager and guiding clients through complex self-funded accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service or claims management experience
• High school diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Appropriate licensing
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to use technology to improve productivity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
