Client Service Manager

Role Overview

As a Client Service Manager at Gallagher Benefit Services, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way.

You will oversee the day-to-day management of an assigned group of accounts, work closely with clients to understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. You will lead the renewal process and ensure clients receive the best possible outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• Producer's License
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Appropriate licensing as required
