The Front Desk Staff plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive first impression for members and guests. This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting with membership inquiries and program registrations, and supporting daily front desk operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role required
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency required
