Community Director

The Community Director is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns in accordance with the owner’s objectives. The Community Director complies with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations. This position directs and coordinates activities involving motivating and cultivating the on-site team to ensure operations meets or surpasses industry standards.

Requirements

• Supervises and mentors property on-site team by communicating and updating goals through one on one mentoring and team daily huddles.
• Hires, onboards and trains team members and manages their performance in accordance with company policies, values, and business practices.
• Assists in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with the owners, conducting property tours, providing updates and information concerning the property’s performance, and responding to owner requests as needed.
