Maintenance Supervisor - North Forum Reserve

The Service Director oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

• Diagnose and repair defects or problems in buildings and grounds
• Complete work orders generated from resident requests
• Develop and implement standards for cleanliness and appearance
• Periodically inspect work performed by other service team members
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials
