
Job description
As a Site Supervisor within Galliford Try – Digital Infrastructure, you will be responsible for supporting the production functions on security projects value between £1m-8m. You will work within a regional team, reporting to the Project Manager and Site Manager to maintain and maximise quality of service and profitability.
Help create and maintain a safe, inclusive working environment for everyone on site, oversee day-to-day construction activities, maintain accurate site records, support planning and programming, ensure compliance with approved methods, designs, and quality standards, coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners, lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.

You might be a great fit if you have a strong commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing on site, confidence communicating with colleagues, subcontractors, and client representatives, experience leading or supporting teams in a construction environment, the ability to interpret technical drawings and deliver work in line with quality standards, good organisational and IT skills, knowledge of site documentation and business management systems.
