Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering Leads to drive the successful delivery of complex technical projects, particularly in the areas of cloud technologies and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Track project progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in technical project or program management, preferably within a software development environment
• Demonstrated experience with cloud technologies and a solid understanding of cloud-based architectures
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, development workflows, and deployment strategies
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to influence and drive results in a collaborative environment
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
