
Job description
Join our Construction Services team as a Resident Engineer to oversee construction projects, manage field personnel, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. This role requires little to no supervision and involves providing construction management and inspection services for various projects, including transportation and transit facilities.
Conduct project meetings, manage construction field personnel, negotiate change orders, respond to RFIs, prepare proposals and presentations, and perform constructability reviews and value engineering studies.
We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, CCM, experience with Primavera P6, and proficiency in MS Office. Must possess good oral and written communication skills and a driver's license.
