Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor

Role Overview

Join our Construction Services Team in Ebensburg, PA Central and Western PA area as a Transportation Construction Supervisor (TCIS). This role follows a remote work schedule, where work is mostly done on-site. As a TCIS, you will supervise inspection to assure that contractors build a quality construction project, perform assigned duties to specific activities, and comply with district and project specific overtime requirements.

What You Will Do

Supervise inspection to assure that contractors build a quality construction project, perform assigned duties to specific activities, and comply with district and project specific overtime requirements. Meet with the Department Project Engineer/ Manager/ Supervisor or Consultant Manager/ Supervisor daily, or as required, to receive instructions and assignments.

Requirements

• One (1) year minimum PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector (TCI-3) or higher
• NICET Level II Certification or higher in Highway Construction
• PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification
• NECEPT Field Technician Certification
