
Job description
We are looking for several employees for the 1st Level Onsite IT-SUPPORT (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf for our customer.
Provision of 1st Level Client Support in the Onsite Team, acceptance of disturbances and processing of requests, support for standard applications, use of the knowledge database and exchange with colleagues, documentation and ticket processing in the ticket system.
Completed technical vocational training or comparable professional experience, first experience in ticket systems and IT support, basic knowledge in the areas of networks, servers, end devices, Windows 7-10, Active Directory, MS Office 365, very good German language skills in word and writing and good to very good English language skills.
