Job description
We are looking for an IT-Regular Technician to maintain the IT environment at a fixed location, accept and resolve IT problems, and provide on-site and remote support.
Responsibilities include maintenance of the IT environment, acceptance and resolution of IT problems, on-site and remote support, recording of disturbances, and creation of tickets.
The ideal candidate has completed IT training or has 1 year of work experience in a similar activity, with experience in supporting the mentioned hardware and software, and good language skills in German and English.
