
Job description
Answering helpdesk calls, troubleshooting and resolving issues, first and second-level support for IT users and technical support.
Performing documented service procedures on IT customer systems, installing and administering client operating systems, and using current Microsoft Office packages.
Practical experience in IT support, in-depth knowledge of Windows infrastructure, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
