Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a project manager and/or in signage
- Member in good standing of the Order of Engineers of Quebec
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Good communicator, negotiator, and customer service-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- MS Office proficiency
- Familiarity with the plans and estimates of the Ministère des Transport du Québec (MTQ)
- Ability to interpret a technical proposal and contract bill
