Director of Total Rewards and Talent Management

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the People/HR space
• 2+ years in a Talent Management and/or Total Rewards leadership role at a modern pay-for-performance organization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets abilities
• Experience building scalable compensation planning tools and people analytics dashboards
• AI capabilities desired
