Job Description
Garten is seeking an SMB Customer Success Manager to deliver efficacy and an ease of business to their nationwide Small and Medium client accounts. This role focuses on account management, client relationships, and growth within the Garden Market segment. The manager will own client experience, foster growth and develop partnerships, and leverage technology to drive revenue.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management
- Proven high-volume remote Account Management experience
- A history of successful deal wins
- Personal focus on Wellness and Nutrition
- Bachelor's degree preferred
