Building Engineer - Full Time

Under the supervision of a Chief Engineer, the Building Engineer is responsible for operating and maintaining facilities' mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as performing general repairs and installations. This role involves assisting other departments with event conversions and ensuring a safe working environment through adherence to safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Requirements

• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repair and rebuild various items such as motors, compressors, and ice machines.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs and emergency procedures.
• Respond to alarms and provide assistance to technicians.
• Read blueprints and interpret performance charts.
