Project Surveyor / Professional Land Surveyor

Gaskins + LeCraw, a Pape-Dawson company, is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor / Project Surveyor for our Orlando, FL office. This position leads and manages land surveying projects as well as the Land Survey staff.

Requirements

• Supervise, coordinate, and review activities and deliverables of field and office staff
• Work closely with engineering staff and clients
• Provide guidance and direction to the Survey Technicians
• Manage and schedule individual projects
• Perform calculations and prepare field packages
• Process acquired field data into a neat and accurate plat of survey and/or Metes and Bounds description
• Responsible for quality control of drawings and legal descriptions prepared by others
• Resolve boundary line issues
• Sign and seal completed drawings, legal descriptions, and surveyor’s reports
