EC Teacher - General Curriculum - Interim @ Belmont Central

The Belmont Central School is seeking an interim EC Teacher to provide special education services to students identified as disabled. This role involves developing and implementing IEPs, adapting materials, and monitoring student progress. The teacher will also assist students with personal and self-help needs, communicate with parents, and maintain student records in compliance with state and federal guidelines. They will also work closely with a team of support professionals.

Requirements

• Developing and implementing the Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Monitoring student’s progress and maintaining EC records
• Developing and implementing instructional plans
• Providing direct special education instruction
• Communicating with parents regarding student progress
• Maintaining student records in compliance with State and Federal guidelines
• Performing clerical duties
• Operating office equipment
