BlueFin Field Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Equipment Technician I to join their dynamic shop team. The role involves performing expert-level maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring high service standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years in equipment maintenance and repair
• At least 2 years in the energy sector
• Technical certifications (e.g., ASE)
• Solid computer skills (MS Office)
• Comfortable working with equipment manuals, SDS sheets, and procedural forms
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities
