Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team dedicated to preventive and corrective maintenance, composed of electricians, automation specialists, and mechanics. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, 5-10 years of experience in an industrial production environment, and solid knowledge of industrial maintenance, automation, mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or electrical engineering, or equivalent
• 5-10 years of successful experience in an industrial production environment
• Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance, automation, mechanical and electrical systems
• Technical expertise in the machine park, including mastery of applicable regulations and their evolution
• Knowledge of the Machinery Directive, associated standards, and HSE and ISO standards
• Industrial project management skills
• Budget management and negotiation skills
• Planning and coordination of regulatory and energy checks
• Equipment reliability plan implementation
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train teams
• Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
