Sr. Manager Marketing

Gates is seeking a Sr. Manager Marketing to lead its marketing efforts and drive results in a collaborative environment. The role involves interacting with sales, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and finance areas to achieve marketing objectives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Mexican aftermarket portfolio and will partner with engineering, regional, and global teams to drive organization strategies and global initiatives.

Requirements

• University Degree or College diploma MBA / Marketing
• 11-15 years of experience in marketing, including roles with global work experience and perspective
• High Level interpersonal and leadership skills
